Bolormaa Luvsandorj is an inspiring leader for many women and girls in Mongolia on innovation, technology and leadership, having held senior leadership roles internationally and in Mongolia throughout her career. She is a Founder of KITE Mongolia, which provides early stage funding for entrepreneurs, and is Chair of the Women Entrepreneurs Mentors Club NGO and an IFC Nominee Director at TBC UZ, a former Director of Board at Golomt Bank, Mongolian Stock Exchange among other senior roles. Bolormaa is the founder of Bodhi Financial Advisory Services LLC and D.E.M LLC, a non-bank financial institution, which provides lending to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Mongolia. She has over 25 years of experience in banking, holding senior positions such as CEO Golomt Financial Group, First Deputy CEO of Golomt Bank, First Deputy CEO of the Development Bank of Mongolia, VP at Deutsche Bank (Tokyo / NY), and Deputy Head of International Department, Ardyn Bank. She is a founding member of Women Corporate Directors’ chapter in Mongolia and the former President of Women Entrepreneurs Council at Mongolian National chamber of Commerce and Industry serving 9 years in this role.
