This year, with your help, Sanctuary will purchase thousands of gift cards and winter-themed notecards for clients. Please consider asking your friends, family, or coworkers to participate in this critical holiday effort for adult, teen, and children survivors of gender based violence. Our goal is to collect $30,000 by December 7^th.

Give/Ask for the Gift of Sanctuary. Unsure what to give for that special someone? Consider making a donation to Sanctuary in their honor. Throughout the holidays, all designees of an “in honor of” donation will receive a special acknowledgment card from Sanctuary. If someone asks you what you want for the holidays this year, ask for a donation to Sanctuary.

Food for the Holidays. Please consider a donation of non-perishable food items and/or a dedicated cash donation to help feed Sanctuary clients. All deliveries must be pre-arranged.

Make Sanctuary a Part of your Holiday Party.  November and December are popular months for festive gatherings. Even if your party is virtual this year, please consider asking your guests to make a donation to Sanctuary in lieu of the bottle of wine or box of chocolates they would have brought to an in-person gathering.

Incorporate Sanctuary in Your Company’s Year-End Activities. Many corporations and law firms give year-end gifts to their employees. Consider asking your company to designate a gift to Sanctuary for Families, participate in the Adopt-a-Family Program, or purchase gift cards for survivors in lieu of employee gifts this year.

Send Holiday E-Cards to Help the Environment and Benefit Sanctuary.  Many corporations, law firms, and individuals send holiday wishes via e-cards. Consider this e-option and make a donation to Sanctuary with the money you save on cards and stamps.
