Thank you for contacting the Narkis Golan International Child Abduction Initiative (“NGI”). The NGI works to increase high-quality services to survivors of gender-based violence in international cross-border custody jurisdictional disputes. We do this by providing training, education, resources, technical advice, referrals, pro bono mentorship and supervision, consultations, and advocacy.

This form is for victims’ rights organizations, legal services organizations, and/or pro bono attorneys who serve survivors of gender-based violence and would like to request a case consult, resources, training, or advocacy assistance. Please do not send requests for legal representation to us through this website, as we will not be able to respond. At this time, we work with and support advocates and attorneys who serve survivors.
