Your support enables survivors to break the silence around gender violence
Survivors have many different stories of pain and abuse. The brave women who are speaking out here are some of the thousands who have come forward to share their journeys of courage and survival.
Through the end of the year, we’ll be sharing the individual stories of six inspiring survivors who, with Sanctuary’s help, escaped domestic violence and sex trafficking, rebuilt their lives, and are now using their experiences and Sanctuary’s platform to educate their communities about gender-based violence.
Your gift to Sanctuary ensures that survivors of gender violence have access to the life-saving services that enabled Stormie, Ava, Monica, Deyanira, Carmen and Ana to move from victim to advocate.
